Caring for your piece
Your Eden Philippa piece will last a lifetime if treated with love and care. These are our recommendations for cleaning, avoiding damage, and caring for your jewellery.
We recommend taking off your jewellery when doing physical work (exercising, gardening, cleaning etc).
When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in your Eden Philippa pouch or on a soft fabric to protect it. Store each piece separately to avoid scratching.
It’s important to remove or protect your jewellery when applying aerosols, lotions, washing your hands, or using any chemicals.
Jewellery can be cleaned using a mild dish soap. In a bowl, make a concoction of the dish soap and warm water. Allow your jewellery to soak for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to scrub the piece and get in areas where there may be dirt buildup. Rinse and pat dry with a soft cloth.
In order to preserve its lustre, your jewellery can be carefully cleaned with a soft cloth.
We don’t recommend abrasive cleaners as they can contain chemicals that may harm your jewellery over time.
Customers are welcome to book a complimentary yearly cleaning of their piece at Eden Philippa HQ.
Since metal can move over time, we recommend having your stones checked by a jewellery professional yearly to make sure none of the settings have become loose.

Shipping & Returns
Our shipping policies are here to put your mind at ease. If you have special requests about turnaround, shipping times or shipping carriers, let’s talk.
Each piece is specially made-to-order and takes 3-5 weeks to ship. However, we stock some ready-to-ship items (see below) which can be shipped the next business day.
If a piece is needed by a specific date, we may be able to accommodate. Please reach out before purchasing so we can confirm that we will be able to fulfill your request.
If you need a piece sooner than 3-5 weeks, we have a supply of jewellery that can ship the next business day. We only have certain sizes and metal colours in stock. Ready-to-ship pieces can also be sized, please reach out to inquire. You can find our ready-to-ship items here.
We ship via FedEx and Canada Post. Shipping in Canada for orders under $200 are done via Canada Post. Shipping to the United States is only done via FedEx and costs $60 CAD. Regardless of location, we recommend choosing FedEx for orders over $200. Orders are insured for $100 unless additional insurance is purchased. If you have any questions, please contact us.
All shipments come with tracking.

Shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is lost or delayed during shipping we will do what we can to help you communicate with the carrier. However, we do not take responsibility for the value of lost shipments.
Shipping times are approximate and don't include customs delays, which are not in our control. Customs and duties are to be paid by the customer when applicable.
Items are shipped in Eden Philippa branded packaging. Our boxes are made of 70% post-consumer material and made using water-based glue. If you would like to send an item as a gift, please contact us after ordering and we can slip a little love note in the parcel for you.
All items, including customized and One of a Kind pieces, are final sale. Since each piece is made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns. Deposits for custom pieces are non-refundable.
If you ordered the wrong size we do offer complimentary resizing for all rings purchased at edenphilippa.com. Please note that the cost of shipping back and forth is not included. To preserve the integrity of the piece, we only size rings up or down one whole size.

Yes, we offer engraving for all wedding, engagement and One of a Kind rings. The width of the band will affect the size of the engraving. On the product page, there are two options for fonts: Georgia or Petit Formal Script. If you’d like to request a different font, please send an email with your request. Type your message into the box below the font options. The engraving will appear exactly as typed. The cost for adding an engraving is an additional $80.
We ship via FedEx and Canada Post. For orders under $200CAD there is the option to choose regular mail or FedEx. For orders over $200CAD, we only ship via FedEx. Orders are insured for $100 unless additional insurance is purchased. If you have any questions, please contact us.
